Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of QuilPlay (quilplay.com), including all content, features, and services offered on or through the website (the "Service"). 2. Eligibility

  • Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security-related features of the Service.

QuilPlay reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in its sole discretion, violates this policy, including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting violations to law enforcement authorities.

6. User-Generated Content

QuilPlay allows registered users to post comments, rate games, and create collections ("User Content"). By submitting User Content to QuilPlay, you agree to the following:

  • You grant QuilPlay a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content in connection with the operation of the Service.
  • You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content and that it does not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
  • Your User Content must not contain material that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
  • QuilPlay reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor, review, edit, or remove any User Content at its sole discretion, for any reason, including content that QuilPlay determines violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
  • QuilPlay does not endorse any User Content and expressly disclaims any liability in connection with User Content posted by users.

7. Intellectual Property

The QuilPlay name, logo, branding, website design, and original content are the proprietary property of QuilPlay and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on QuilPlay's proprietary materials without prior written consent.

Games available on QuilPlay are owned by their respective developers and publishers. QuilPlay does not claim ownership of any third-party game content. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of any games hosted on or accessible through the Service.

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names used on the Service are the property of their respective owners.

8. DMCA / Copyright Takedown

QuilPlay respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. If you believe that content available on QuilPlay infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to our designated contact address.

Your DMCA notice must include the following:

QuilPlay will review all valid DMCA notices and will remove or disable access to infringing content promptly. QuilPlay may also terminate the accounts of repeat infringers at its sole discretion.

9. Third-Party Content and Links

QuilPlay provides access to games developed and published by third-party developers. These games are embedded on the Service via iframe technology and are hosted on external servers. QuilPlay does not develop, control, or endorse the content of any third-party game.

13. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall QuilPlay's total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service exceed the amount you have paid to QuilPlay in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is less.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QuilPlay, its owners, operators, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

15. Account Termination

QuilPlay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, for conduct that QuilPlay, in its sole discretion, believes violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. QuilPlay may also remove any User Content associated with your account. QuilPlay shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Service.

QuilPlay reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
